Covid-19 Training
The COVID-19 training module will provide the clinician the opportunity to build knowledge and understanding of the virus's transmission, symptoms, prevention, and treatment. It will also cover and test their knowledge of different types of tests available for COVID-19, how to interpret the results of these tests, and how to safely care for someone who is sick with COVID-19.

Cultural Competency / Diversity
The exam comprises a brief background discussion and assessment tests of the clinician’s knowledge of providing appropriate training on cultural competence and cross-cultural matters to healthcare professionals and developing policies that minimize administrative and linguistic obstacles in patient care.

Customer Service Representative
The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of working with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization, providing solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritizing the customers' needs at each step of the process.

Cytotechnician
The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician's knowledge of their ability to examine patients' cell samples, identify subtle changes, and accurately detect conditions such as precancerous growths, malignancies, and infections.

The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician's knowledge of examining slides of human cells for any indication that a cell is abnormal and/or diseased and submit a report to the pathologist for final evaluation.
