The RN - Operating Room (OR) - Pre-Operative (PreOp) exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of helping patients prepare for their surgical procedures.

The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of setting up the operating room for the patient, ensuring all the tools are sterile and ready to go, handing tools to the doctor during the surgery, and performing other duties inside the surgical room.
