The RN - Operating Room (OR) - Pre-Operative (PreOp) exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of helping patients prepare for their surgical procedures.

RN - Operating Room (OR) - Scrub

The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of setting up the operating room for the patient, ensuring all the tools are sterile and ready to go, handing tools to the doctor during the surgery, and performing other duties inside the surgical room.

RN - Operating Room (OR) Medication

The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of providing care for patients in the Operating Room by giving timely and proper medication as ordered.

RN - Operating Room (OR) _ Perioperative - Adult

The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of managing the care of adult patients requiring a surgical procedure that requires moderate to complex assessments, interventions, and levels of nursing vigilance.

The RN - Operating Room (OR) / Perioperative - Pediatrics (Peds) exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of managing the care of pediatric patients requiring a surgical procedure that requires moderate to complex assessments, interventions, and levels of nursing vigilance.
