The 2-Hour Chicago-Illinois Sexual Harassment Training with Bystander Intervention Training module will provide the clinician the opportunity to build knowledge and understanding of sexual harassment laws and regulations, recognizing various forms of harassment and inappropriate behavior, legal obligations for both employers and employees, reporting procedures, and bystander intervention techniques, fostering a more proactive and inclusive workplace culture in full compliance with Chicago and Illinois state laws.
