Hospice Care Training

The Hospice Care training module will provide the clinician the opportunity to build knowledge and understanding of delivering compassionate, effective care to patients in their final life stages, encompassing pain management, symptom control, emotional support, communication skills, ethics, and end-of-life planning to ensure that patients receive optimal care during their final moments.

Hourly Rounding and Patient Handoff

The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of performing timely and appropriate hourly rounding to meet patient needs, prevent complications, and provide effective patient handoff to ensure continuity of care between healthcare providers.

Human Resource Representative

The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of assisting the Human Resource Manager with complex and specialized administrative tasks, including reviewing job applications from prospective employees, managing and overseeing records, and generating reports.

Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Technologist

The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of preparing, educating, and orienting clients to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. This includes getting them ready for treatment administration, answering any HBOT questions, and ensuring they only enter the chamber at the appropriate time and with the proper clothing and devices.

Implicit Bias Training

The Implicit Bias training module will provide the clinician the opportunity to build knowledge and understanding of raise awareness about implicit biases related to race, gender, and other factors, providing strategies to mitigate their impact, identifying and minimizing implicit biases, promoting fairness, and fostering inclusivity in various contexts, including the workplace, education, and healthcare.
